Guilford Rotary Club Structure
- The Board of Directors conducts the general business of our Club. The Board of Directors consists of a President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Rotary Foundation Chairperson and four Directors of Service.
- Our President Elect, with the approval of our Board of Directors, makes appointments for the following year based upon the Four Avenues of Rotary:
- Club Service
- Community Service
- Vocational Service
- International Service
- The office of Vice President ascends to that of President Elect and then to President. Directors of Services generally agree to a two year term on the board.
- In order to be presented to the club as a new member you are required to either attend a board meeting or join a working committee. The president can best advise on this. We request that new members sit with a different group at each meeting until they have had a chance to meet everyone.
