Paul Harris Fellows

In honor of Rotary’s founder, Paul Harris, Rotarians who contribute $1,000 to the Rotary International Foundation are, upon request, designated as Paul Harris Fellows.

Currently all of the Guilford Rotary  members are Paul Harris Fellows an honor we take pride in.   Of the dozen or so 100% clubs in the world, four of them are in Greensboro. This is a fellowship of Rotarians stating their beliefs in the worthwhile endeavors of Rotary Worldwide.

Members are encouraged to continue regular giving to the Foundation.

Each time a $1,000 mark is attained another Paul Harris designation is available for the member, or for use by the member in honoring a spouse, parent or other person.

Contributions to the Paul Harris Fund are considered gifts to Rotary International’s annual fund. There is also a permanent fund.

Testamentary giving of $1,000 to the Benefactors Program entitles you to membership. Most Rotarians simply sign a pledge card to donate $1,000 from their estates to assist Rotary in its ongoing efforts. Rotary International will not demand any planned bequest if it works to the determent of the deceased Rotarians family.

Our goal is to have 100% of our members becoming Benefactors
